The Urban Yurt is only a small venue, tickets are strictly limited and every place is important for each event.
If you can no longer attend the event and have to cancel, please let us know right away. As long as we have more than 48 hours notice prior to the event then we’re happy to offer a refund for the full cost of the ticket.
If you have to cancel within 48 hours of the event, then we can’t offer a refund. If you find someone else who’d like to take your place, then let us know and we will transfer your ticket to their name.
